Ashley M. Rader practices in the business, corporate and litigation departments of Brown & Charbonneau, LLP. Ms. Rader has focused her practice almost exclusively on litigated disputes and the unique legal issues that arise in such cases. She has extensive high level experience in addressing complex legal issues through court motions, briefs, appellate filings, writs and other types of legal analysis. She has worked in both the private and public sectors and has experience in all stages of litigation from inception to trial to appeals. Ms. Rader previously served as a Judicial Staff Attorney at Riverside Superior Court, where she gained extensive experience in thousands of law and motion, writ, and appellate division matters. This position has provided her with a unique judicial perspective in a wide range of matters.
She earned her J.D., cum laude, from Whittier Law School in 2006 and her B.A. from University of Southern California in 2002. In 2006, she was admitted to the California State Bar, the United States District Court for the Central and Southern Districts of California, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
