Michael Tran is a graduate of Notre Dame Law School, obtaining his Juris Doctorate degree in 2007 and was admitted to the State Bar of California in 2007.  He obtained his undergraduate degree at UCLA in 2004.

Mr. Tran practices primarily in the area of business litigation. He is involved in all aspects of litigation including: pleadings, discovery, court appearances, depositions, trial preparation, law and motion, and trial.  Immediately after being sworn in, Mr. Tran acted as second chair on a complex 4 ½ month jury trial and helped obtain a favorable jury verdict.  He has experience handling exhibits, working on trial presentation technology, drafting motions in limine, jury instructions, verdict forms, trial briefs and motions.  He has also been responsible for retaining, consulting and preparing expert witnesses for trial testimony.

Mr. Tran is a member of the Orange County Bar Association as well as the Orange County Asian American Bar Association.
