Jennifer E. Draheim has been a practicing litigation attorney in the State of California for over 20 years. She has also been admitted to practice in the State of Ohio. Ms. Draheim has extensive experience in a variety of areas, including family law - divorce, custody and support, real estate, business litigation, business formation and organization, personal injury, construction site injuries, construction defect law, contracts and insurance law. She also has experience representing both employers and employees in employment related negotiations, disputes and litigation, including wrongful termination, sexual harassment, discrimination and severance agreements.
Ms. Draheim was born in Inglewood, California and raised in the South Bay and Orange County areas. She is a graduate of the University of California, Irvine earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Sciences, emphasis Economics. Ms. Draheim obtained her Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Toledo, College of Law in Toledo, Ohio. During law school she was an elected member of the Student Bar Association and worked as a Municipal Court clerk and Judge's Clerk
Prior to joining Brown & Charbonneau, Ms. Draheim has been associated with dynamic litigation firms in Orange County and as a partner for the past 13 years with the litigation firm of Donovan & Draheim in Santa Ana, California..
Ms. Draheim is also admitted to the United States District Court, Central District of California. She is a member of the Orange County Bar Association, the Riverside County Bar Association, Consumer Attorneys of Los Angeles and the Association of Southern California Defense Counsel. Ms. Draheim is also a licensed Real Estate Broker by the California Department of Real Estate.
