Gregory G. Brown is a veteran trial attorney (with well over 500 court days in jury trials) and a former senior named partner of Kring & Brown. He helped build that firm from 5 lawyers in 1988 to almost 40 lawyers, serving as the head of the Business & Corporate Department for all of their offices. Mr. Brown is also well versed in transactional matters, handling business & corporate, estate planning & contract matters. He has handled mergers & acquisitions and has counseled hundreds of businesses in virtually all legal issues affecting their business.

Michele M. Charbonneau, also a former senior partner with Kring & Brown, created and ran its Family Law Department of the firm servicing the Orange, Los Angeles and Riverside counties. She is an experienced litigator and well respected Family Law Attorney.
