Joseph A. Ferrucci

Attorney Joseph A. Ferrucci specializes in the areas of complex business, real estate, and construction litigation for clients in Orange County and throughout California .

Mr. Ferrucci is an experienced real estate broker and investor, and has spent a large portion of his career representing a variety of investors, builders and trade contractors in a variety of litigation matters. This experience of being involved in virtually every aspect of real estate, gives Mr. Ferrucci invaluable insight and expertise when it comes to handling real estate disputes for his clients. 

Mr. Ferrucci began his career working for firms in Los Angeles and Irvine , handling complex business, insurance and construction litigation. In January of 2003, Mr. Ferrucci formed the Ferrucci Law Group, leveraging his distinctive background to offer expert real estate, construction, and business legal services to clients in Orange County, Los Angeles, and the rest of Southern California. He is also currently general counsel to several Orange County and Southern California businesses, professionals and investors.   In 2009, Mr. Ferrucci merged Ferrucci Law Group into Brown & Charbonneau, LLP, where he is currently a senior partner.

Born in New Haven, Connecticut, Mr. Ferrucci graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration (accounting concentration) from California State University, Fullerton in 1993. There, he obtained High Honors and was inducted into the National Honor Society of Business Schools, which is reserved for students who graduate in the top 2% of their class.

At Pepperdine University School of Law, where he received his Juris Doctor in 1996, Mr. Ferrucci was an academic scholar and member of the Honors Trial Practice Program. While attending law school, he worked as a law clerk on employment and anti-trust matters in the litigation department of Litton Industries, Inc.'s world headquarters. He also served as a judicial extern in the Law and Motion Department of the Northwest District of the Los Angeles Superior Court

Mr. Ferrucci has published several articles in both local and national trade association publications and business journals on construction and business issues.
