Gregory G. Brown, Esq. is an accomplished jury trial veteran and Certified Specialist in Civil Trial Advocacy, a distinction earned by only 110 lawyers in California . Brown's trial and litigation experience includes contract actions, fraud cases, trade secret litigation, trust litigation, commercial contracts disputes, intellectual property disputes, unfair competition, false advertising, shareholder derivative actions, corporate litigation, professional liability, construction, and products liability suits.  His successful defense of a Fortune 500 company in a $30 million fraud and breach of contract jury trial was featured in Verdict Magazine.  His most recent trial involved a Trust & Estate dispute over the ownership of a well known food & beverage manufacturer valued at over $80,000,000.  The L.A. Daily Journal featured Brown in a Litigator Profile article and has published dozens of his many trial successes.  He has also served as court appointed Judge Pro Tem, Arbitrator and Mediator.

Brown is an expert in the use of cutting edge trial technology, which no doubt gives his clients the edge.  Brown's use of technology in the court room began when he represented a trial presentation software development company in trial against a competitor in the 1990's.  Brown has since prepared hundreds of high tech Power Point Openings and Closings, animations, trial witness examinations and video presentations.  He has counseled clients and attorneys in the successful use of trial technology, and has used virtually all types of effective and persuasive evidence presentation tools in trial.   

Born in La Jolla, California , Mr. Brown attended the University of San Diego School of Law, graduating in May 1987.  He was named to the prestigious San Diego Law Review and served on the publication's staff for two years.  In his senior year he was a founding editor of the Journal of Contemporary Legal Issues.  He is a member of the California Bar, as well as the following professional associations:   Orange County Trial Lawyers Association (elected to Board of Directors), Association of Business Trial Lawyers, Business Law Section of the State Bar of California and Orange County Bar Association.  Brown was nominated Trial Lawyer of the Year for 2005 and 2006, and was a finalist in 2008. 

Mr. Brown served on the Board of Directors of the Orangewood Children's Foundation/PALS Charity for over 12 years.  He is a sports enthusiast, triathlete, marathon runner, and Ironman Triathlon Finisher!
